Angelantoni Industrie

ETS Ltd is the sole agent for the UK and Ireland for the supply of the Angelantoni Industrie (ACS) range of Environmental Test Equipment. ETS can supply the full range of ACS equipment featuring Temperature, Humidity, Vacuum and Vibration, in a range of combinations and chamber sizes from benchtop to walk-in rooms. ACS have a range of chambers for special disciplines such as thermal shock and environmental stress screening as well as test equipment for corrosion testing (Salt Spray) and Sand & Dust. The ETS / ACS partnership also means that we can supply any type, style and size of bespoke chamber built to your own specification.

The ETS / ACS partnership can supply a wide range of specialist test chambers designed to carry out tests such as Thermal Shock, Altitude testing, Accelerated Stress Screening, Sand & Dust plus many more. All of our chambers are built using Micro-PLC technology giving the user the benefit of a closely controllable test environment with the added bonus that the chambers can be operated from our unique Windows based PC software package "WinKratos". This package allows full chamber operation & programming from a PC with all the advantages of programme storage on disk (hard or floppy) and colour printouts of test data and waveforms. Also included in the software is a data logging system to enable the user to log, store and label the results of each test carried out.

Thermal shock chambers

Air to air as well as liquid to liquid thermal shock chambers are available in vertical configuration the useful capacity ranges from 27 up to 320 litres, for larger capacities, horizontal types are available in capacities of 500 and 1000 litres.

         Humidity Chambers

This all new CHALLENGE series range from 16litres to 2000 litres capacities, including bench top models. Challenge chambers are controlled by a PLC-based system combined with the KeyKratos colour touch screen and they can be supervised by the powerful winKratos software.

Wazzle

A new standard walk in chamber, these chambers allow several choices in terms of dimensions, performance and temperature ranges up to +80°c and down to -70°c. For more details.

Custom design walk-in chambers

These prefabricated chambers can be supplied for temperature only or temperature/humidity test and are suitable for test on electronic modules or complete assemblies.

Vibration Chambers

These are offered in a range of thermostatic and climatic chambers from 150 to 1,200 litres, with a modified structure suitable to install virtually any type of shaker under the test chamber.

Space simulators

These HVT series simulation systems are able to artificially crate the operating conditions (temperature and high vacuum) of equipment used on board spacecrafts and satellites or a whole satellite.

Vacuum chambers

A complete range of standard chambers for vacuum tests (down to 100 pascal 1mbar) or high vacuum, on special request. The chamber can be supplied with 150,500,1000 and 2000 litres standard capacity, with a unique wall thermoregulation system for optimized performances at pressures lower than 20,000 pascal (200mbar) The test room thermoregulation is by means of radiating technique. These chambers have the same accessories as the thermostatic and climatic chambers. The pressure control is performed by means of the WINKRATOS software via PC.

HALT and HASS chambers

Accelerated testing is used to detect and correct any inherent design and manufacturing flaws and to determine product reliability. Typically a series of individual and combined stresses such as multi axis vibration, temperature cycling and product power cycling are applied in steps of increasing stresses, leading to earlier product maturity.

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)

The objective of the ESS process is to highlight, during manufacturing process time, the relatively high level of failures that can occur in the early life period of the product.

Explosion proof chambers

These chambers in explosion proof configuration are utilized in the types of tests where it is necessary to check the correct operation of specimens that can explode during a test.

Sun simulation chambers

The simulation of natural sunlight is achieved using several different methods according to the area of the spectrum it is required to test, in order to check the damage caused by the differing frequencies of solar rays. The reference applications are the accelerated aging of the equipment under the effects of radiation combined with other environmental phenomena such as temperature, humidity, rain, corrosion etc.

Custom designed chambers

The wide range of chambers that are available demonstrates the flexibility and extensive knowledge of us on numerous technologies applied in the environmental test field.

Dry Corrosion test cabinet

This cabinet is designed to highlight the corrosion process on painted metallic surfaces in a fast and easily reproducible manner.

Sand and dust chambers

During their useful lifetime, many industrial products are exposed to several atmospherical agents in addition to temperature humidity and corrosion.

The ETS / ACS partnership is able to offer the Environmental Chamber user a full range of Chambers and accessories with a comprehensive support structure able to meet all of the users requirements.
